Commonly Asked Questions About My Practice

At Icenogle & Associates, LLC, I have provided representation to health care facilities and individuals, including Dan Icenogle physicians, nurses and other professionals, who are facing complex and serious health law issues for more than 25 years.

To help address any questions you may face, I wanted to address two questions I hear frequently when meeting with my clients during a no-cost initial consultation.

What Makes You Different From Other Health Law Attorneys?

Before I began practicing health law, I began working as a practicing physician more than 35 years ago. Few health lawyers have a medical background, giving me an ability to better understand the issues you are facing than many of my peers.

I do not need to spend time trying to learn how the medical world works. Instead, I intuitively understand both the medical and legal issues you are facing. This allows me to guide you efficiently through this process, thereby providing you with a timelier resolution to the issues you are facing.

Will You Travel To Meet With Me?

I know firsthand that taking time off to go to an attorney's office is difficult. I established my practice with this reality in mind, and have built my firm in a way that allows me to serve many of my clients remotely. Whether we speak via phone or email, I implement solutions tailored to fit your needs.

However, for more complex scenarios, you may wish to meet with me face-to-face. In those situations, I will travel to meet with you from Eau Claire to Milwaukee, and any community throughout Wisconsin.
